Get to Emmen by public transport

By train

The train takes you directly to Emmen Station, within walking distance of the city center and WILDLANDS. The line from Zwolle runs several times per hour and also stops at Emmen-Zuid.

Tip: choose a seat by the window. The last part of the journey takes you through the scenic Drenthe countryside.

By bus

Traveling from Groningen? You can take a direct bus to Emmen. The Qliner 300 runs several times a day between Groningen and Emmen. The ride takes about an hour, and you are guaranteed a comfortable seat. The bus stops in Emmen city center.

From other places in the region, such as Klazienaveen, Borger, or Coevorden, there are also bus lines to and from Emmen.
